2. Build Your Squad

We don’t let you play alone. We match you with a dedicated Squad consisting of:

• Coaches and domain experts: Growth and AI experts to guide your strategy
• Peers founders: Fellow founders for peer support
• Early investors: Help you with resource to scale
• Community Network: Access to power users and volunteers that can help

3. Lock Your Playbook

We start with an intensive session to solidify your foundation. Together, we document your Vision, Mission, and Values, and build a Master Plan. You leave with a "Bulletproof Playbook" tailored to your current stage—whether you are verifying a prototype or scaling for cost.

4. Sprint, Iterate, and Grow

Success is built in cycles. Every one to two weeks, we follow a high-intensity rhythm:

• Set Aggressive Goals: Define exactly what needs to gro
• Weekly Office Hours: Meet with coaches weekly or biweekly to solve bottlenecks.
• AI Integration: Use frontier AI to automate research, coding, and marketing
• User Focus: Constantly test your product with real users to ensure you are building what the market actually wants

After 10 cycles of compounding growth, you will have the metrics to prove your growth. We conclude with a Demo Day, where you present your progress to a curated group of investors and power users ready to fuel your next stage of expansion.
