IgniteAI keeps you informed about activity that matters to you — new followers, comments on your updates, coaching requests, squad invitations, and more.
The Notification Center
The bell icon in the top navigation bar opens your notification center. A red badge shows how many unread notifications you have.
- Click the bell icon in the navigation.
- Your notification list appears, newest first.
- Click on any notification to go directly to the relevant page.
Types of Notifications
Social & Community

Choose between:
- Instant — receive an email every time you get a new direct message
- Daily Digest — receive one summary email per day for any unread messages
To update: go to Settings and find the Notifications or Email Preferences section.
Tips
- Do not ignore squad notifications. Office hours reminders and squad updates are time-sensitive.
- Respond to coaching request notifications promptly. A slow response risks losing the moment.
- Check your spam folder if emails are not arriving. IgniteAI sends transactional emails via AWS SES. Whitelist the sender if needed.
