Profile & Directory
Published 24 March 2026By Jordan Morris
Your profile is your presence on IgniteAI. It tells other members who you are, what you are working on, and how they can connect with you. The directory lets you find and explore other members in the community.
Your Profile
Your profile has two parts: your base profile (visible to everyone) and your role profiles (one section per approved role).
What is on Your Base Profile
- Full Name — displayed across the platform
- Avatar — your profile photo
- Location — city or region
- Bio — a short description of who you are
- LinkedIn URL — links to your LinkedIn profile
- Roles — badges showing your active roles (Founder, Coach, Expert, Volunteer, Investor)
- Startups — if you are a Founder, your startup profiles are shown here
- Endorsements — recognition from other members you have worked with

Tips
- Keep your bio current. A bio that reflects your real focus helps the right people find you.
- Complete your role profile. The directory shows role-specific details.
- Endorse people you have genuinely worked with. Endorsements carry weight precisely because they are not automatic.
- Use LinkedIn. Many members check LinkedIn before accepting coaching requests.
