IgniteAI Homepage Revamp

The homepage has been redesigned from the ground up for stronger first impressions:

Hero Section — New background elements, sharper typography, and updated copy that better communicates IgniteAI's mission for NZ AI-driven startups
Streamlined layout — The previous value-props block has been replaced with a cleaner, more focused structure
Navigation fixes — Header links corrected to reflect accurate destinations across the platform

Coaching Moved to Settings

The Coaching section has been significantly restructured to reduce friction:

Requests & Relationships pages now redirect to the Settings → Coaching tab, consolidating all coaching activity in one place

A new CoachingSection component in Settings provides a unified view of requests, active relationships, and status management

Events include office hours

The Events Calendar now surfaces office-hour sessions alongside regular events, giving members better visibility of available coaching time
